IT Assistant
本會自 1977 年成立，為一專門服務長者的非政府機構，共有 30 個單位，員工逾 1,100 人，現誠聘有志服務長者人士加入。
Descriptions
Ref : ITA - 250302
- Perform IT technical and help desk support, mainly through remote access.
- Provide software / hardware installation services, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Assist in the operation of central server equipment.
- Provide in-house skill transfer for end users.
- Undertake any other related duties as required.
- Work a five-day week.
- Salary offer will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
- Work at off-site locations as required.
Candidates should have diploma with at least 1 year of solid experience in technical support for IT, or higher diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines. He/she should have hands-on experience in PC support, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office. Additionally, having a good knowledge of networking products such as firewalls, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points is considered an advantage.
